Return Policy

In-Store Purchases:
We offer a same-day money-back guarantee for in-store purchases. After the same day, returns are eligible for a store credit or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be in sellable condition and in their original packaging.

Online Purchases:
For online orders, returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase for store credit or exchange only. Items must be in sellable condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Please note that shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Customers may choose to return their items either in-store or by mail. If returning by mail, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancel Order:
Need to cancel your order? No problem—just send us an email at CS@ZahavDecor.com before your order ships. If it’s already on its way, we’ll be happy to assist with a return once the item has been delivered.
